The dipping temperature should be between 85°C and 90°C (185°F and 195°F) which corresponds to a middle setting of the temperature switch of the dipping unit S-U-TAUCHDOSE.
With an immersion time of one second, a wall thickness of approximately 0,4 mm is achieved.
The dark brown colouration of S-U-DIPPING-WAX brown enhances the contrast effect and facilitates controlling the minimum thickness of the wax object.
