This bonded wool, lining the ring, consists of glassy (amorphous) calcium-silicate fibres. Any inhaled dust particles are dissolved in the lungs within a few days and eliminated from the body.

Usable up to 1.000 °C. Otherwise completely equi- valent to commonly used bonded ceramic wool.

Seals off wax against plaster. The same excellent results can be ob-  tained, when using this die separator on die plastics, metals and other po-rous materials. S-U-ISOFIX is ideal for the sealing of plaster dies, prior to the production of wax-caps. It does not contain silicone and thus burns without leaving residues.

Glueing-resin for rapid glueing and blocking-out. Base material + accelerator spray for extremely quick hardering.
The watery base material has a blue coloration and is therefore well perceptible, even in low layer thick- ness. S-U-FIX-O-FILL burns without leaving any re- sidues connects to wax and is well-adherent to metal.
Typical application:
Rapid fixation of plaster and wax parts, attachment- matrixes, broken denture parts, casting parts before the soldering investment filling of cavi- ties in plaster dies, blocking-out of undercuts, strengthening of thin modellations in wax or resin, sealing and hardening of plaster surfaces.

S-U-ISOSOFT

IIt seals off wax against plaster or wax against all commercial diespacers.
Ideal for model dies on which wax caps are produced by immersion (we recommend our dipping unit S-U-TAUCHDOSE): It does not dissolve die spacers or waxes, as it is alcohol-free. It burns without lea- ving any residues.
